Eddie Donovan - President & Chief Information Officer
Eddie has been developing and managing high audience web presences for global Enterprises competing in the high-tech sector since 1996. Prior to founding iDonovan, he was the Director of Web Marketing/Design in Dublin, Ireland for the financial services division of First-e Group PLC one of Europe's largest e-Banks valued at 1.6 billion euros at the time (UNOfirst). Previously, Eddie was the Webmaster/Electronic Marketing Specialist in Boston, Massachusetts for Process Software Corporation a 120 employee $25M software engineering firm.
Rosangela Donovan - Vice President of Customer Service
Rosangela has several years of experience in marketing and customer service. Her multicultural background coupled with her extraordinary language skills are valuable assets in managing the complex obstacles related to multi-product/country management.
