9) You agree not to disperse, forward or otherwise transfer any personal information about an iDonovan.com referred business plan without the express prior consent of the capital seeker first. This includes: publishing a capital seeker's personal information in a database that can be viewed by others not associated with your firm.

10) You will not contact iDonovan.com capital seekers for any reason other than for bona fide investment opportunities. No multi-level marketing, get rich quick schemes or any opportunity that would cause a capital seeker to have to make a personal investment will be presented to a referred capital seeker, via email, phone, fax or direct mail.

11) You will not charge or offer to charge any capital seeker referred by iDonovan.com for any of your services.

12) You will not send Unsolicited commercial email to any capital seeker referred to your firm by iDonovan.com. Auto responders are permitted identifying your particular practice or web site, no other advertisements are permitted without prior approval of the iDonovan.com administrator.

13) You acknowledge and agree that if iDonovan.com must bring an action for breach of this agreement due to unauthorized contact with candidates, you will be responsible for attorney's fees and costs associated with the action.

14) You agree that the name "iDonovan.com" and all associated information on the iDonovan.com web site, including capital seeker business plans, are the intellectual property of iDonovan.com, Inc. and their unauthorized use constitutes copyright and trademark infringement.
