However, if your new degree is technology related the shortage of people is so intense that many recruiters will exchange your lack of actual work experience for your degree.
A: Yes. Many recruiters tend to specialize within certain geographical areas. However, given the state of today's technology, many recruiters do not necessarily focus on the markets located close to their offices.
A: If you are looking to relocate to another area we advise you to state that in your CV and cover letter. Recruiters who are trying to fill positions and assignments within your targeted geographical area will then contact you if they think there is a good match.
