You get fresh candidates in your email box every day and you will be able to contact them directly via email.

iDonovan is a FREE service for recruiters. We do not request a "Split" commission fee if you place one of our job seeker referrals or if one of your candidates gets hired by a job provider originating from our network. We generate revenues by helping job seekers and employers save time and money by quickly networking with recruiters like yourselves in an efficient and professional manner.

We make every effort to ensure that we refer you ONLY paid resume/CV and job order submissions from serious job seekers and employers. Recruiting firms are not allowed to pass their candidate resumes/CVs or client job orders through our paid submission services and will be severely discredited and prosecuted if caught attempting to do so.

Before signing up with iDonovan.com/sg, you must review and agree to the following statement:

SERVICE AGREEMENT

This service is not for direct employers. iDonovan.com/sg is for 3rd party contingency or retained search firms and staffing agencies only. By signing up to receive resumes from iDonovan.com/sg you agree to the following:

1) You are representing a bona fide search firm engaged in contingency or permanent placement.

2) You are not a direct employer.

3) You acknowledge that the transmission of unsolicited electronic mail (e-mail) is against both the policies of iDonovan.com/sg and illegal in the Commonwealth of Massachussetts, and will be vigorously prosecuted when detected.

4) You agree that the forum for all litigation as a result of misuse of the iDonovan.com/sg service shall be the Commonwealth of Massachussetts, not withstanding conflict of laws rules.

5) You agree that through your use of the iDonovan.com/sg web site to agree to abide by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachussetts.

6) iDonovan.com/uk reserves the right to change or modify these terms without warning.

7) You agree in the event iDonovan.com/sg or it's agent requests information pertaining to your account that you will provide said information within 24 hours of notification.

8) iDonovan.com/uk has the right to terminate any recruiter account for any reason whatsoever. The iDonovan.com/sg administrator has sole discretion over all account termination's and re-activation's if any. The iDonovan.com/uk administrator's decision is final.

9) You agree not to disperse, forward or otherwise transfer any personal information about an iDonovan.com/sg referred candidate without the express prior consent of the candidate first. This includes: not presenting a candidates credentials to a potential employer, and/or publishing a candidate's personal information in a database that can be viewed by others not associated with your firm.

10) You will not contact iDonovan.com/sg candidates for any reason other than for bona fide career opportunities that would be considered normal and customary employment. No multi-level marketing, get rich quick schemes or any opportunity that would cause a candidate to have to make a personal investment will be presented to a referred candidate, via email, phone, fax or direct mail.

11) You will not charge or offer to charge any candidate referred by iDonovan.com/sg for any of your services.

12) You will not send unsolicited commercial email to any candidate referred to your firm by iDonovan.com/sg. Auto responders are permitted identifying your particular search firm practice or web site, no other advertisements are permitted without prior approval of the iDonovan.com/sg administrator.

13) You acknowledge and agree that if iDonovan.com/sg must bring an action for breach of this agreement due to unauthorized contact with candidates, you will be responsible for attorney's fees and costs associated with the action.

14) You agree that the name "iDonovan.com" and all associated information on the iDonovan.com/sg web site, including candidate resumes, are the intellectual property of iDonovan.com, Inc. and their unauthorized use constitutes copyright and trademark infringement.
