Overview
The Contact Manager demonstrates the speed and user interface of Global Access Technology (GAT) while providing a useful tool for internal use. The primary need for the Contact Manager application is to provide a central repository of data for relationships with clients, vendors and friends of the company which can be accessed by anyone at the company, including other programs to which it integrates. The application provides a simple, yet effective Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), useful to a small company whose relationships are very personal. It includes call logging and notes about each contact. The structure of the database is a subset of the structure of Microsoft Exchange so that integration and synchronization with Outlook is possible.
