I have not received any offers or interviews just yet in my VP executive level search. I had a 1% response from all the recruiters emailed which is not bad considering the level I am seeking. I got what I expected. I managed to talk to several very nice recruiters over the past few weeks. I will probably submit my CV once more in a few weeks.
